Operations & Fulfillment Assistant (Part-Time)
- Location: Buffalo, NY
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Compensation: Based on experience
Nanuvo Labs is a growing cosmetic formulation and manufacturing company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to support daily production, inventory, and shipping activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters. As our company grows, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role with increased responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Labeling and packaging skincare and personal care products
- Preparing customer orders for shipment
- Receiving, organizing, and tracking incoming inventory
- Assisting with production setup and cleanup
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- Packing boxes and preparing shipments
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Assisting with inventory counts and inventory management
- Supporting general manufacturing and operational activities
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, laboratory operations, or warehouse environments
- Experience with inventory management systems, shipping software, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Interest in skincare, beauty, science, manufacturing, or entrepreneurship
