Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure continuous operation.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and carpentry skills to complete repairs and upgrades efficiently.
- Maintain building interior by performing painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general facilities upkeep.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects and oversee contractors when necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead or support team efforts in maintaining safety standards while performing complex repair tasks or supervising junior staff.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance painting, building interior upkeep, plumbing system repair & maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions or reports as needed.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus; ability to coordinate tasks effectively within a team setting.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, working at heights or confined spaces as required.
