Carolina Craft Construction is actively seeking experienced independent subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential construction projects throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.
We have a growing pipeline of work and are looking for reliable crews capable of producing high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
Your crew must have:
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation coverage (where required)
- Reliable transportation
- Work trailer (preferred)
- All required tools and equipment
- Experience building residential decks and/or fences
- Ability to read plans and layouts
- Smartphone for project communication and photos
