Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Minden Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, privately owned practice. We are looking for someone who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and wants to practice in an environment that respects both patients and providers.
Schedule
- Four days per week
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Consistent schedule with the ability to leave on time
- Preferred start date: October 2026 (earlier start date available)

Clinical Environment
At Minden Dental, we believe in providing the time and support necessary to deliver excellent care.
- Adult prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes.
- SRP appointments are scheduled according to patient needs and may be up to 2 hours.
- If every patient were a prophy appointment, the schedule would average approximately 8 patients per day.
- Comprehensive annual periodontal examinations are performed for all patients.
- We utilize laser therapy as an adjunct to improve periodontal outcomes.
- Our focus is on long-term oral health and evidence-based periodontal care.

Qualifications
- Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist license required
