About Us
Lake Shore Village Resort is a family-owned, lakeside resort located on beautiful Lake Horace in Weare, NH. We host exclusive wedding weekends, family vacations, corporate retreats, and special events throughout the year.
Position Overview
This unique role combines wedding coordination, client relations, and office administration. You'll be the primary point of contact for wedding couples while helping manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
Wedding Coordination
· Guide couples through the planning process from booking to wedding day
· Conduct venue tours and answer wedding inquiries
· Coordinate timelines, vendors, and event logistics
· Lead wedding rehearsals and oversee wedding day execution
· Manage ceremony and reception setup details
· Ensure an exceptional experience for couples, guests, and vendors
Office Management
· Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
· Manage reservations, contracts, and client records
· Maintain office organization and administrative systems
· Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and website updates
· Coordinate communication between departments and staff
· Support resort operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
· Experience in hospitality, events, weddings, sales, or office administration preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems
· Weekend availability required during wedding season

Schedule
· Full-Time
