Responsibilities
- Carefully select and prepare luxury beauty products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and integrity of each order.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, adhering to packaging standards specific to delicate beauty products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners to efficiently handle materials and organize inventory.
- Conduct quality control checks during packing to verify product condition and accuracy before dispatch.
- Load and unload shipments safely using heavy equipment operation skills, including forklifts and heavy lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with safety regulations, supporting shipping & receiving operations and warehouse distribution flow.
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse management or distribution centers is preferred, especially within luxury or beauty product environments.
- Hands-on experience with order picker equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mechanical knowledge related to materials handling is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in picking & packing, stock replenishment, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control processes.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and load & unload activities throughout shifts.
