Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates must be comfortable completing between 150–200 delivery stops per day in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Load, organize, and deliver 250+ packages per day with accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines while operating a company-provided delivery vehicle during your route
- Navigate using GPS and a handheld device to track deliveries and scan packages
- Consistently meet performance and safety standards
- Interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner
- Lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Work independently while following route guidelines and delivery procedures
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality, reliability, and personal integrity
Experience
- Previous experience with route driving is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Experience operating forklifts or other loading equipment is advantageous but not required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable walking, bending, and climbing stairs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required
