About the role
We’re hiring a Dishwasher to keep our food manufacturing facilities clean, safe, and ready for production. You will wash and organize dishware/utensils, mop floors, clean machines, take out trash, clean restrooms, and support changeover sanitation.
Key duties
- Wash, sanitize, and rack production dishes, utensils, and tubs; organize clean storage.
- Sweep and mop floors; detail corners, drains, and under-equipment areas.
- Foam/brush/rinse processing and packaging equipment per SSOPs; reassemble after inspection.
- Remove trash and cardboard; stage waste safely.
- Clean and restock restrooms and handwash stations.
- Clean office areas. Dusting, remove trash, vacuuming and mopping.
- Support changeover sanitation (line clearance, dry-clean, sanitize, release).
- Complete sanitation and pre-op checklists accurately; report hazards immediately.
- Handle chemicals safely and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- 6+ months in janitorial, dish, warehouse, or food/beverage sanitation preferred (we will train).
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.
- Comfortable working around water/chemicals; follows written procedures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- This position is for mid-day Monday-Friday. 10am-6:30pm
