- Knowledge of construction means and methods, contract and change order negotiation, building codes, health and safety regulations and entitlement processes

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
- Must possess and maintain, or be able to obtain, a current, valid US driver’s license
Preferred Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- Experience managing commercial/retail build-outs in the NC and SC metropolitan area highly preferred
Physical Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Travel Requirements
- This position commutes heavily between regional field offices, existing NC and SC store locations, future real estate sites, active construction zones, and regional distribution hubs up to 60% of the time
- This position requires overnight domestic travel (including to the corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA) up to 50% of the time
