ABOUT ELAN LUXURY HOMES
Elan Luxury Homes is a premier builder of bespoke, high-end residences — where architectural vision meets flawless craftsmanship. Every home we build is a statement of excellence, and every team member who makes it happen is extraordinary. We are growing, and we are looking for a Luxury Home Superintendent who shares our obsession with quality and our commitment to an unparalleled client experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not your average superintendent role. As the on-site leader of high-end residential builds, you will be the standard-bearer for quality, the engine behind the schedule, and the face of Elan Luxury Homes on every job site. You will work alongside architects, designers, investors, and elite subcontractors to bring extraordinary homes to life — on time, on budget, and without compromise.
If you have an eye for detail, a passion for luxury construction, and the leadership presence to run a premium job site, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction operations, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship expected in luxury residential builds.
- Develop, manage, and continuously refine detailed project schedules — coordinating trades, deliveries, and inspections to keep every phase on track.
- Source, vet, and manage a network of elite subcontractors; hold them to exacting quality standards and ensure their work reflects the Elan brand.
- Serve as the primary field contact for design updates and client-driven changes, translating decisions into actionable directives without disrupting project flow.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures closely, flagging variances early and collaborating with project management to maintain financial alignment.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with investors, ownership, designers, and internal team members — delivering clear status updates and anticipating issues before they escalate.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, ensuring compliance with architectural plans, local codes, and Elan’s premium standards.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation: daily logs, RFIs, change orders, inspection reports, and photo records.
- Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence on every job site.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of superintendent or field management experience in high-end residential or luxury custom home construction — you know this world intimately.
- Demonstrated ability to run complex construction schedules and manage multiple overlapping trades simultaneously.
- Proven track record managing subcontractors with accountability for quality, schedule, and cost.
- A sharp eye for design detail — you read architectural plans with confidence and translate design intent to the field with precision.
- Comfort tracking project budgets and collaborating on cost management with ownership and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and the professionalism to represent Elan Luxury Homes directly with investors and clients.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Buildertrend, Procore, or equivalent preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU…
- Have experience with custom millwork, high-end finishes, or designer-specified materials and understand the attention they demand.
- Have managed builds in the $3M+ range with sophisticated investor or client stakeholders.
- Are the person on the job site who raises the bar before anyone has to ask.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- The opportunity to build remarkable homes alongside a team that cares deeply about quality.
- A collaborative, professional environment where your expertise is valued and your voice matters.
- Career growth within a company that rewards excellence and initiative.
- The satisfaction of walking away from every project knowing you built something truly exceptional.
