Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
Requirements:
- Flex weekend employee
- At least 6 months previous Choice Advanatage experience
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management or customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
