WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for a portfolio of clients

Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations

Accrual accounting and general ledger maintenance

Financial statement preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis

Multi-state payroll processing and sales tax filing for client entities

Collaboration with the broader team on tax-related work during busy season
WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of hands-on accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping experience (5+ preferred); public accounting or multi-client / client-facing experience

Strong command of QuickBooks Online — you're the person others ask for help (experience with Xero, BILL.com, Gusto, or similar cloud accounting tools is a plus)

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

Solid understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation

A degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus — extensive full-cycle experience may substitute for a degree
