LVN - One on One Care. (40 yearl old Female, 127 LBS, 3x diaper change, Shower 4x week)
- Pediatric patient with g-tube, needs medication management and feedings.
- Patient's and treatments vary on age and treatment care (G-tube, Trach, and Breathing treatment) ask Care Coordinator per patient care detail.
- Paid Training and Orientation/Shadowing is provided along with patient. along with an RN Case Manager Supervision.
- 1:1 care, 10-12 hours a day, at one location with the comfort of the patient’s home.
- Care consist of monitoring patient's status, maintaining ADL, administrating medication, feeding via pump, and breathing treatment.

Credentials Requirements:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN/LPN License
- Current Physical
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
