Azure Lifecycle Manager

Job Description
Serve as an Azure Lifecycle Manager
Own, support, & be a resource with strong experience in:
- Azure Local lifecycle management across Dell AX platforms
Plan, coordinate, document, & support platform:
- Upgrades, lifecycle activities, interoperability efforts, and version alignment
Manage/coordinate upgrades, updates, and maintenance procedures for:
- Azure Local environments
- Dell AX platforms
Evaluate and validate Dell AX system compatibility with Azure Local releases
Work with Dell, Microsoft, and other third-party vendors
Track and assess future Azure enhancements
- Determine potential impact to Dell-supported solutions
Develop, maintain, & improve upgrade runbooks, procedures, & operational docs
Determine & maintain support matrices for Azure Local versions
ID lifecycle risks, support gaps, and version dependencies
- Communicate recommendations to stakeholders
Support testing, change planning, and release readiness
Provide technical guidance for the platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
Strong hands-on experience in Azure Local lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of:
- Dell AX systems supporting Microsoft Azure Local
- Azure Local architecture, releases, and roadmap direction
Experience working in multi-vendor environments, including:
- Coordination with hardware, software, and platform partners
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including:
- Upgrade procedures, operational guides, and support documentation
Ability to determine and document support matrices across:
- Infrastructure platforms
- Software versions
- Validated configurations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dell integrated systems, HCI, or hybrid cloud platforms
Familiarity with MS lifecycle guidance, release management, platform validation
Experience with platform upgrades, interoperability testing, change management
Knowledge of supportability considerations across:
- Firmware, drivers, operating system versions
- Azure Local software releases
Experience engaging directly with Microsoft and OEM/vendor support teams
Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Azure Local lifecycle management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Dell AX systems : 1 year (Preferred)
- o Azure Local architecture, releases, and roadmap direction : 3 years (Preferred)
- working in multi-vendor environments: 3 years (Preferred)
- creating and maintaining technical documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
