Description:
HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain and audit employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.

Assist with tracking compliance, certifications, and workforce planning initiatives.

Support HR leadership in policy enforcement and documentation.

Conduct basic HR audits and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Employee Support & Engagement

Serve as a liaison between employees and HR leadership, addressing HR-related concerns.

Support and help execute company-wide employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with conflict resolution and documentation of employee relations issues.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support

Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Assist in recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking and interview coordination.

Support HR leadership in developing and refining HR processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience, including administrative and compliance support.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
