Memorial Animal Hospital in Kent Ohio is looking to add another team member to our growing, four doctor practice. We are a group of compassionate professionals striving to offer excellent care and customer service to our clients and their pets.
We are currently looking to hire a full time Veterinary Assistant. The position of a veterinary assistant at our practice is vital to keeping things running smoothly. Some responsibilities of this position include gathering information that the doctor needs before an exam, assisting doctors by restraining for diagnostics or treatments, communicating effectively with clients and other coworkers, running lab work, and general cleaning throughout the hospital.
Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to lift at least 50lbs. Previous Veterinary experience required.
The hours of this position can be flexible however must work between 35-40 per week.
