CNC Operator / CNC Machinist – 1st Shift
Location: Spring City, PA
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
CNC Operator | Pay: $20–$22/hr + Benefits (Pay rate depends on experience)
CNC Machinist | Pay: $23–$28/hr + Benefits (Pay rate depends on experience)

Job Summary
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment. Entry to semi-skilled level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills/lathes
- Read blueprints/work instructions
- Load/unload parts
- Perform tool changes & basic offsets
- Inspect parts using calipers & micrometers
- Deburr parts
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year CNC or manufacturing experience preferred CNC Operator
- 3+ year CNC Machinist experience for Machinist role (G Code experience must)
- Blueprint reading ability
- Experience with measuring tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
