We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Enhancement Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage customer communication, scheduling coordination, and operational workflow.
Position Overview
The Enhancement Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customers enrolled in ES Solar’s enhancement and service programs. This position is responsible for customer communication, scheduling coordination, monitoring customer solar and battery systems, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring customers receive timely support and follow-up throughout the service process.
This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, organization, and the ability to independently manage workload priorities while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Contact customers regarding:
- Scheduling service technicians
- Program benefits and coverage
- Enrollments and re-enrollments
- Contract signatures and account updates
- Coordinate Service Technician schedules to ensure efficient routing and operational workflow
- Access and monitor customer solar and battery systems remotely to identify potential system concerns
- Communicate directly with solar manufacturers regarding troubleshooting, warranties, and equipment-related concerns
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively
- Troubleshoot customer concerns over the phone when possible
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding service-related concerns and enhancement program questions
- Support the Sales Team by ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers
- Learn and develop a working knowledge of solar monitoring platforms and battery systems
- Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate customer notes within company databases and systems
- Submit and track equipment replacements, RMAs, and reimbursement requests
- Maintain proactive communication with team members and management regarding workload, escalations, and scheduling concerns
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and accountability in staying on top of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong customer service standards at all times
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Solar industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
- Professional phone etiquette and customer interaction skills

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One Saturday per month | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
