About RBL Composites
Based in Longmont, CO, RBL Composites is a new startup aimed at manufacturing high quality composite camper structures for high volume camper manufacturers. We're a small, tight knit team that prides ourselves on building extremely high quality, high performing camper structures for our manufacturing partners. Our initial production ramp up will be focused on providing assembled camper bodies for the Mercedes Sprinter platform.
About the Position
RBL Composites is looking for a Camper Production Specialist to join our composite camper shell production team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on assembling the exterior of our camper bodies, with additional tasks including interior aluminum box installs, vehicle body mounting, and other tasks needed for the construction of composite camper bodies. Team members also assist with warranty work, inventory management, and shop upkeep.
The process of composite camper construction is extremely unique, and we're looking for candidates with a willingness to learn a new, highly specialized trade.
Tools used include caulking guns, chop saws, drills, grinders, impact drivers, and various other hand and power tools. We also use project management software accessible via smartphones and tablets. This is a physical job and will require being on your feet, lifting items over 50 lbs., standing on ladders, etc.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work on ladders
- General construction or carpentry experience is a plus (willing to train the right candidate)
- Willingness to learn specialized camper-building techniques
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Bayfield, CO
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM (4-day workweek with 3-day weekends!)

Compensation & Hiring Process:
- Starting pay: $20 to $22/hr
