About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide culturally competent, high-quality mental health services to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. What You Will Do (Major Responsibilities)
- Client Care: Provide exceptional, compassionate, and ethical outpatient therapy to scheduled clients.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Ensure clinical documentation is completed within 24 hours of service (daily completion is highly recommended).
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate as a positive, engaged member of our clinical environment, including joining case consultation meetings.
- Best Practices: Stay current with the latest research, complete recommended continuing education, and maintain good standing with appropriate boards and insurance entities.
- Administration & Compliance: Secure all client information in strict accordance with HIPAA standards. Manage necessary administrative tasks such as completing authorization/billing forms, disability forms, and making community referrals when appropriate.

- A strong sense of self-awareness regarding your clinical strengths, knowing when it is appropriate to refer clients out.
- A personal commitment to necessary self-care to ensure you can show up fully for your clients.
Education and Experience
- Required: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.
- Required: Active licensure to practice within the State of California.
- Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in mental health counseling (office-based or school-based) and familiarity with EHR systems.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
