Position: Full-Time Flex Inpatient/Outpatient PT (PRN and Part-Time also considered)
Pay: $90–110k salary based on experienceWe're looking for a Full-Time Flex PT to support both our inpatient team and outpatient clinic at Crescent Regional Rehab in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and wants to further develop their skills across both settings as part of a rapidly expanding rehab team.
Caseload:
- Inpatient: predominantly orthopedic cases including post-op joints and surgical patients, with occasional general medical
- Outpatient: general ortho and rehab caseload
Schedule:
- Full-time, weekdays
- Optional inpatient PRN weekend hours available for those looking to build additional income

Requirements:
- Active Texas PT license
- Inpatient and/or ortho experience preferred
- Able to work independently once oriented
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
