Responsibilities:
Baristas:

Craft and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
-
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
Servers:

Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests
-
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer inquiries

Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow
Bartenders:
-
Craft both call drinks and house cocktails to the highest standards of quality and freshness
-
Provide excellent customer service to create a memorable experience for guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station
Hosts:
-
Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and a friendly disposition

Maintain the flow of the dining room with a strategic eye on service

Set the tone for a fun and friendly service
Qualifications:
-
At least 1+ years of customer service experience
-
A friendly and welcoming disposition
-
Ability to lead by example and motivate others
-
Strong multitasking skills and efficient problem-solving abilities
-
Maintain a safe and high standard of cleanliness following operations and DOH guidelines
-
Flexibility with schedule (open availability, weekends required)
-
Food Handler’s/Food Protection License a plus
-
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 30 lbs
