Overview
We are looking for an instructor who has their MSHA Blue Card. Additional certifications to teach OSHA, EPA, DOT, or Hazwoper is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with hands-on experience in Environmental Health and Safety. You will be responsible for delivering training programs that improve employee safety and performance and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a teaching and development role.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using various training methodologies, including e-learning platforms and hands-on workshops.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
