This is the daytime leadership role at our Partridge Creek store.
- Monday through Friday: The store opens at 6:00 AM. The opening team, which you will lead, begins work at 5:30 AM. Your shifts run from early morning through mid-to-late afternoon, when you hand off to the Night Manager.
- Saturday and Sunday: The store opens at 8:00 AM, with the opening team beginning work at 7:30 AM. Weekend hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Please only apply if you can reliably lead 5:30 AM opens. This role is built for a strong early-morning operator.

Position Overview
The Daytime General Manager runs the store from open through the afternoon handoff and co-owns overall store performance with the Night Manager. You are the hands-on leader of morning prep, daytime service, and the business functions that happen during the day: ordering, receiving, vendor relationships, and financial reporting.
Daytime Ownership:
- Lead the 5:30 AM opening team: morning prep, line setup, and readiness checks so the store opens flawlessly at 6:00 AM
- Run daytime service: quality control, hospitality, and flow through the morning and lunch dayparts
- Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory of food and beverage; establish PAR levels and complete requisitions to replenish shortages
- Maintain impeccable vendor relationships and cross-check pricing to ensure the best pricing on all products
- Execute a clean, documented handoff to the Night Manager each afternoon
Shared Store Leadership:
- Achieve budgeted revenues, expenses, and profits; manage labor and cost of sales against forecasts
- Establish a working relationship with corporate accounting and analyze Square POS reports
- Lead weekly financial meetings with the Owner to direct the financial effort and achieve monthly budgeted goals
- Hire, interview, and train personnel; create and implement training programs and ensure all staff abide by all policies and dress codes
- Build the weekly schedule for daytime shifts in coordination with the Night Manager, in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts
- Oversee and maintain the company's SOPs; operate the business according to all federal, state, and city laws and codes
- Hold daily huddles with the team and weekly meetings with the Owner
- Create a positive working environment based in respect; motivate all employees and initiate teamwork
- Maintain complete knowledge of the POS system, menu changes, all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation, and prices
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and good condition of the physical property
- Professionally represent Pure Green to the greater community
Requirements / Desired Qualities
- Prior management experience in food service, QSR, or hospitality
- Reliable early-morning availability (5:30 AM weekdays, 7:30 AM weekends)
- Proven ability to hire, train, schedule, and lead a team
- Comfort with P&L ownership, labor and COGS management, and POS reporting (Square experience a plus)
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety manager certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
- Hands-on leadership style: fully engaged in service, quality control, and guest experience
- Excellent communication skills, especially in shift-to-shift handoffs

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
