Job Description:
The Reach Stacker Operator responsibilities include safely operating heavy container-handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and stack shipping containers while maintaining productivity, equipment integrity, and compliance with company safety standards. This role supports efficient yard and warehouse operations by performing equipment inspections, documenting container movements, communicating with operations personnel, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $35.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operate reach stackers to move, lift, and stack loaded and empty shipping containers.
-Load and unload containers from trucks, trailers, and designated yard locations.
-Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
-Conduct routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues.
-Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
-Accurately document container movements and equipment inspections.
-Assist with yard inventory and container organization.
-Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members regarding daily operations.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Support warehouse and yard operations as needed.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Reach Stacker, Top Handler, Heavy Forklift, or similar container-handling equipment.
-Experience working in ports, rail yards, container yards, distribution centers, or logistics environments preferred.
-Ability to safely operate equipment handling containers weighing up to 80,000 pounds.
-Strong understanding of heavy equipment safety practices.
-Valid driver's license required.
-Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and equipment evaluation.
-Ability to frequently sit, climb, and operate heavy equipment throughout the workday.
-Ability to enter and exit large equipment multiple times during a shift.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Bonus Eligibility:
