Ability to successfully lead a diverse team and improve client health outcomes

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

At least one year of prior experience in the mental health field strongly preferred

Strong engagement skills as well as written and verbal communication abilities required

Easily builds strong rapport with others, based on trust, compassion, and awareness of professional boundaries

Valid NYS driver’s license with driving record acceptable to BHSN insurance carrier and reliable transportation for local travel required

Ability to be on call as required
