PARKLINQ, a leading tech-enabled parking operator, is hiring two full-time Parking Liaisons for our Kapalua parking locations. We are looking for customer-focused, reliable team members who can represent PARKLINQ with professionalism, warmth, and the spirit of Aloha.
Compensation
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
- Opportunity to earn $60 per hour for approved customer care phone coverage outside of your regular shift

Role and Responsibilities
As a PARKLINQ Parking Liaison, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing a warm welcome, professional demeanor, and excellent service
- Assist customers with reservations, payments, and account support using the PARKLINQ app or website
- Help customers navigate parking procedures clearly and confidently
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression of PARKLINQ
- Work independently and demonstrate strong judgment, reliability, and self-direction
- Use a company-provided cell phone to access PARKLINQ’s enforcement portal and issue citations to unauthorized vehicles
- Monitor parking facility security cameras through a phone app
- Address client and customer needs promptly and professionally through PARKLINQ’s enforcement and reservation portals
- Report accidents, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity to the liaison supervisor
- Answer approved customer care phone calls outside of your regular shift, when needed, at the applicable $60/hour rate
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will:
- Embrace the spirit of Aloha and understand the importance of excellent customer service
- Be comfortable using smartphone apps, websites, and online portals
- Be able to resolve difficult or stressful customer service situations professionally
- Be familiar with major roads, landmarks, and routes around Kapalua, or be able to learn them quickly
- Have strong verbal communication skills
- Be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
- Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Required Schedule / Availability
- Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends
- Must be available between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Scheduled shifts will consist of five 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week
- Shifts will be assigned within the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM window
Location
This position is based at PARKLINQ’s Kapalua parking locations.
Candidates must be able to reliably travel to PARKLINQ’s Kapalua locations for scheduled shifts without the use of a company-provided vehicle.
Appearance
Employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear the complete PARKLINQ uniform, including the PARKLINQ/Nike Dri-Fit polo, while on duty.
