The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting overall warehouse operations. This position helps maintain smooth workflow between sales, inventory, production, and distribution functions.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address order-related inquiries and resolve fulfillment issues in a timely manner.
Receiving
- Unload, inspect, and sort inbound shipments into designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and prioritization.
- Complete all receiving documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as needed.
Warehouse Operations
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts.
- Replenish stock from production departments.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Support additional operational activities as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position is M-F Day Shift
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
