Scheduling:
Full-time: 30-40+ Hours a Week (Hours Vary With Seasonality)
Part-time: 15-30 Hours Per Week (Preference Given To Full-Time Candidates)

Our Pay Structure:
(Base Rate + TIPS!!! + Profit Share Bonus )
Average $20-26
PTO Available after 90 Days of Employement

A Typical Day Includes:
Start the day with daily meeting & completing pre-shift checklist & tasks. Perform Truck Inspection.
Head out with a partner to safely & efficiently assist customers in removing unwanted items & clutter from their homes and properties.
Provide detailed estimates and finalize pricing with customers.
Safely dispose of items through recycling, donations, and waste management.
Maintain open communication with our operations team throughout the day.

*Requirements*
21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck insurance)
Valid Illinois Driver’s License (No CDL required)
Clean driving record (Motor vehicle records check for the past 5 years)
A positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Comfort with lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly
