***Duties***
-maintain relationship with bankers and realtors
- insure that contractors are completing the tasks at hand
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending newsletters and promotional emails
- Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop advertising sales materials and strategies and assist in updating the CRM
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
***Experience Required***
- Proven experience with multiple social media platforms
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment but also independently, be a quick learner, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Willingness to grow and help out when needed.

- Working as a realestate transaction coordinator
-Experience with social media marketing and graphic designs
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in HTML5, WordPress, and marketing automation software
