We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable HVAC Counter Sales Associate to join the Oxnard and Santa Clarita Team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, sales, and technical questions
- Process orders, returns, phone sales, and will-call orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stock and organize the showroom and counter area
- Assist with warehouse duties and special projects
- Participate in training opportunities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
