As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, and/or the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor activity across the location, assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during busy periods, and support loss prevention and other security-related concerns through visible presence and observation.

Follow Allied Universal protocols for reporting, note-taking, and/or escalation while supporting daily operations and customer-facing interactions in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
