Job Overview
RM Rodriguez Construction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Superintendent to join our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. You'll oversee scheduling, and field coordination, ensuring successful project delivery that meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors during the pre-construction phase.
- Manage project.
- Oversee subcontractor/supplier
- Develop and maintain construction schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct and lead progress meetings with clients and teams.
- Review and manage project documentation.
- Maintain record drawings and oversee complete project closeout.
- Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing field operations for commercial construction projects.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project phases independently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with owners, and subcontractors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient project scheduling.
- Familiarity with construction contracts
- Comfortable working outside in jobsite settings.

Schedule
- Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility required to meet critical project deadlines.
Location
- Based in the company office and active project jobsites (Texas region).
- Must be comfortable working in both field and office environments.
