Kairova Wellness Center is a growing, client-centered mental health practice located in Jonesboro, Georgia, serving individuals across Henry County, Clayton County, and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. Position
Independent Contractor / Psychotherapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Compensation:Competitive pay structure based on experience and licensure(Approx. $60,000 – $100,000+ annually depending on caseload, specialty, and availability)
Note: Compensation is aligned with the current Georgia private practice market, with higher earning potential for clinicians with specialty niches.

Priority Clinical Needs (Preferred Specialties):
- Anxiety, Depression, and Stress-Related Disorders• Trauma and PTSD• Children and Adolescents• Family or Couples Therapy• Behavioral and Emotional Regulation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and diagnostic assessments• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans• Provide high-quality therapy services (individual, family, or couples as applicable)• Complete documentation within 24 hours (EHR system provided)• Maintain a minimum caseload: - Part-time: 15 clients/week - Full-time: 25+ clients/week• Collaborate with team members for case consultation and clinical support• Uphold ethical, legal, and HIPAA-compliant standards

Qualifications:
- Active Georgia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required)• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Professional liability insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage)• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment• Organized, reliable, and growth-oriented
