Status: Full-time, 12-month position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Landmark Preschool seeks a collaborative, professional, and relationship-focused Admissions Manager to lead the preschool enrollment process on our Westport campus. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through every stage of the admissions process while helping attract, enroll, and retain mission-aligned families.
Enrollment & Admissions Management
- Oversee the full admissions cycle from inquiry through enrollment and re-enrollment
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process
- Coordinate assessments, classroom visits, admissions meetings, and events
- Process enrollment and re-enrollment contracts through Veracross
- Manage tuition assistance records and admissions files
Recruitment & Enrollment Strategy
- Lead recruitment efforts, including tours, open houses, and community events
- Build relationships with community organizations and relocation networks
- Analyze enrollment trends and market data
- Monitor enrollment goals and generate reports and dashboards
- Support retention and family satisfaction initiatives
Data & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment records in Veracross
- Manage daily database operations, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Marketing & Communications Support
- Support admissions-related communications and publications
- Assist with website updates, newsletters, and admissions materials
- Coordinate admissions communication campaigns
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage admissions calendars, tours, and onboarding materials
- Support front office operations and administrative needs
- Serve in a leadership capacity during the Director's absence
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, or office administration
- Strong technology skills, including Google Workspace
- Experience with Veracross preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
