Experienced Lead Installation technician
Job description:
For 35 years, Bertie Heating & Air has been a local, family-owned HVAC company in Gainesville, FL Servicing the North Central Florida area. We are currently looking for qualified Lead Installation Technicians to join our team.
The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC equipment installation, ductwork, sheet metal work, rough in experience. Must have your own basic tools.

Requirements for this position include:
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR history dating back 3 years. Must pass drug screen & background check.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must maintain clean and professional appearance.
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
- Trade school certification for HVAC is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of products & equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC construction in either renovation or new construction & system change outs.
