Palm Beach Safety Swimming is seeking a dedicated, long-term Swim Instructor to join our growing team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference while teaching private lessons in our saltwater, temperature-controlled pool in East Boca—NO TRAVELING REQUIRED.

What We’re Looking For
A Strong Swimming Background
Proficient in all four strokes with a solid understanding of water safety.
Teaching or Coaching Experience
Prior experience working with swimmers or children is required.
Upbeat, Positive Personality
We are specifically seeking instructors who bring energy, patience, and joy to every lesson and genuinely enjoy working with children.
Strong Work Ethic & Reliability
Team members who are dependable, eager to grow, and take ownership of their role.
Excellent Communication Skills
Clear, confident, and encouraging instruction for both swimmers and parents.
