The Nutrition Shift Coordinator:

Oversees Retail Food service staff during shift

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail food service areas.

Provides job and service training for new and existing employees.
- Ensures efficient, safe, and reliable retail meal service.

Verifies all cash drawers are reconciled and returned to safe.

Performs area opening and closing procedures.
-
Interacts with customers to provide optimal service.
-
Completes temperature and cleaning logs.
-
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
-
Position utilizes a computerized Point-of-Sale system
-
Works in the role Food Service Worker Retail in addition to shift coordinator responsibilities.
Work environment contains hot food preparation and holding equipment, Walk-in Refrigerators/Freezers, walking between retail units, use of Food grade cleaning chemicals.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Alternating Shifts (5:30am-2pm & 11am-7:30pm). Weekend and holiday rotation included.
