We’re a small residential design-build company in Massachusetts looking for a Project Manager who genuinely loves this work — the craft, the client relationships, and the satisfaction of handing someone back a home that feels better than it did before.
We build kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full renovations for homeowners investing in the place they love most. Our clients trust us with $80K–$250K+ projects, and we take that seriously.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll own each project from the moment the contract is signed through the final walkthrough. Our owner handles sales and locks down the scope — from there, the job is yours to run.
You’ll lead the field, manage the schedule, own the job costs, handle subcontractors, and be the primary point of contact for the client from pre-construction through handoff.
You won’t be doing it alone. Our Office Manager drives preconstruction — selections coordination, material ordering, permit paperwork, and collections. Your role in preconstruction is to support that process: quantity takeoffs, scope review, and making sure the production plan is executable before the job starts. Once it is, you own the build.
You two work side by side as peers — she drives the admin and preconstruction engine, you drive the field, and you sync weekly to make sure every job has what it needs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Comfortable running jobs independently from start to finish
- Hands-on in the field when a job needs it
- Strong client communication skills — written and in person
- Comfortable owning a budget and writing change orders
- Experience pulling permits and managing inspections in Massachusetts
- Familiar with project management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar)
THE PACKAGE
- $75,000–$100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience — we hire for the right person at the right level
- Project-based performance bonus
- Company vehicle provided (worth an additional $8–$12K annually)

- 2 weeks paid vacation after trial period + paid holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule
