H&E Partners, Ltd., is hiring a Wireless Account Representative to join our Tampa team. This Wireless Account Representative role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, explaining wireless service options, and helping customers find solutions that make sense for their needs while representing our client.
As a Wireless Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to introduce our client's wireless service options, answer questions, and guide them throughout the enrollment process. You will receive training on the campaign, customer conversations, service details, and sales techniques so you can feel confident in the role and set up for success while representing our client.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Wireless Account Representative
- Introduce our client's wireless service options and explain the value of available plans.
- As a Wireless Account Representative, ask questions to understand each customer's needs, current service concerns, and household priorities.
- Recommend suitable service solutions based on customer needs and our client's campaign offerings.
- Explain promotions, pricing details, account setup steps, and installation expectations to customers.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process from the first conversation to completed sign-up.
- Respond to customer questions about service coverage, plan options, billing, and setup.
- Maintain accurate customer information, enrollment records, and follow-up notes.
- Support daily sales goals while keeping the customer experience clear and positive.
- Represent D&M Sales Strategies, Inc. and our client with professionalism as a Wireless Account Representative.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, customer service, account support, or customer engagement.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or promotions is helpful but not required.
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work well in a team environment.
