As a Quality Engineer, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards throughout their entire lifecycle—from development and production to ongoing improvements. You'll apply quality engineering tools, risk management practices, and problem-solving skills to improve products and manufacturing processes while helping prevent potential issues before they occur. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product and process improvements, support testing and validation efforts, and may provide guidance to QA technical staff. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in engineering principles who enjoys continuous improvement and making a measurable impact.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
What You’ll Do
- With oversight, work on tasks in support of larger quality projects.
- With guidance, help to resolve quality issues in production.
- As directed, test and validate data, systems, or products.
- With direction, support engineering in establishing and auditing Romac controlled documentation.
- Develop inspection methods to ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Expertise in continuous improvement relative to Quality Assurance
- Proven success in ability to see projects through to completion
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Base Compensation Range: $36.83-$55.29 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
