POSITION: K-6 Elementary/ Middle School Gym Teacher (Part Time). Teaching Assignment is Monday and Wednesday 7:35-2:35 at St. Joseph Catholic School in St. Johns, MI.
QAULIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
- MB Endorsement - Required
- ZG, ZC, or ZS Endorsement - Preferred
- Must have an electronic fingerprint clearance from a criminal history record check.
- Ability to implement differentiated instruction and individualized interventions as part of effective classroom instructional practices.
- Ability to implement positive behavior supports as part of an effective overall classroom management strategy.
- Communicates well with staff, parents and administration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
COMPENSATION:
- According to the negotiated Master Agreement
