Job Details:
- Come join a well -established DSO that needs a part time Hygienist on Friday!
- Hourly is $50/hr! Bonus plan in place means closer to $65/hr
- Full ancillary staff for support
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess the oral health of patients.
- Review patient documentation and medical history to ensure accurate treatment planning.
- Utilize Eaglesoft and other dental office systems for patient management and record keeping.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take vital signs as needed and assist in pediatric dental care when required.
- Collaborate with the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices, including medical coding related to dental procedures.
Skills
- Proficient in using Eaglesoft and other relevant dental office software systems.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and infection control practices.
- Experience in documentation review to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient education.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
