Director of First Impressions

About the Role
As our Director of First Impressions, you'll lead our team of Ambassadors of First Impressions while owning the client experience from first contact through ongoing relationship. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Strategy Officer (with indirect reporting to our CEO and COO), your day-to-day will include:
- Leading, training, and supervising the Ambassadors of First Impressions team, with minimal need for oversight on projects and deadlines
- Ensuring prospective and current client office visits are scheduled appropriately, reminders are sent, and follow-up occurs on outstanding attendance
- Partnering closely with the Director of Marketing as leads transition into prospects and then clients
- Following up with clients to recover "no-shows" at events and office visits
- Communicating action plans and deadlines to the CEO and CSSO in a timely manner
- Owning the client experience — creating a warm, clean, inviting environment customized to each client
- Answering phones promptly and using good judgment to prioritize message distribution
- Preparing meeting materials and assisting with PowerPoint presentation development
- Managing office supply inventory and placing replenishment orders
- Recording and archiving meeting minutes
- Managing databases and office software programs
- Performing general clerical duties — copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and mail processing/distribution
- Maintaining Outlook calendars and confirming client visits
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls as needed
- Supporting other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience with incrementally increasing responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
