Job Summary
The Warehouse Production Specialist is responsible for shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, inventory management, and supporting day-to-day operations in the production area. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to continually improve processes and expand their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.
- Perform cycle counts and audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Load and unload incoming deliveries and outbound shipments.
- Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Package and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Organize inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Support process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with facility and warehouse maintenance as needed.
Requirements
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
Preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction-related industries.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
