Full-time, On-site in Surprise, AZ | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About PPG Property Management
We are a fast-growing, family-owned and operated property management company headquartered in Surprise, Arizona. We currently manage 735 single-family homes and are on a clear path to 1,000+ doors. Our small, close-knit team works hard, moves fast, and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience to both property owners and tenants. Everyone here is self-motivated and thrives in a high-energy environment where we figure things out, solve problems quickly, and grow together.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a precise, accountable, and highly organized Accounts Coordinator to serve as the financial and compliance backbone of our growing company. This seat owns the critical processes that protect revenue, ensure every owner receives timely and accurate statements, and keep the portfolio 100% compliant with zero leakage. If you take full ownership of end-to-end financial workflows, thrive on accuracy and deadlines, and want your work to directly impact owner trust and business integrity in a scaling company, this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delinquent rent collections, including fee assessments, notifications, payment plans, returned payments, and escalation to eviction.
- Manage the full eviction process from filing through resolution, including attorney coordination, owner updates, and post-resolution distributions.
- Oversee dispositions and closeouts — verify all documentation and financials, correct gaps, finalize statements, and complete portfolio exit.
- Handle new owner and property onboarding with complete AppFolio setup while maintaining 100% data integrity across AppFolio, Airtable, and Google Drive, plus county registrations.
- Process HOA statements, violations, payments, and physical mail; ensure compliance, resolve disputes, and keep owners informed.
- Maintain overall account compliance and accuracy, referral/commission processing, and collaboration on distributions and statements.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional attention to detail and a non-negotiable commitment to accuracy, compliance, and zero errors in financial and data processes.
- Strong proficiency with property management or accounting software; AppFolio experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to own high-volume, deadline-driven processes with legal and financial consequences (collections, evictions, monthly closeouts, and compliance filings).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional, clear interactions with owners, tenants, attorneys, and HOAs.
- Self-motivated and accountable — you take full ownership of your seat, proactively surface issues, and drive processes to completion without constant oversight.
- Previous experience in property management finance, collections, accounting, or compliance roles is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Arizona eviction procedures and HOA processes is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and consistent on-site presence in our Surprise, AZ office.
What We Offer
- Full-time, on-site position in a collaborative, supportive office environment with a close-knit, growth-oriented team.
- Competitive compensation with lucrative profit-sharing bonuses tied to accuracy, compliance outcomes, and process efficiency.
- Paid training and onboarding to fully master our systems (AppFolio, Airtable, LeadSimple) and standardized processes.
- Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company where your precision and ownership directly protect revenue and strengthen owner relationships.
