Job Overview
We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager/Warehouse Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee warehouse operations. This role offers an opportunity to manage our residential heating and cooling projects while ensuring efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a family owned and operated company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC equipment and materials
- Supervise installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity
- Collaborate with sales teams to review contracts for accurate project execution
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, inventory levels, procurement activities, and safety inspections
Experience
- Proven experience managing residential HVAC installation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage installation teams with excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction regulations, standards, and contract management
- Experience with warehouse operations including inventory management and logistics coordination
- Ability to drive a forklift as well as handle equipment weighing as much as 100 lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
