Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to the highest culinary standards.
- Work efficiently and train cooks across multiple stations in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and train culinary team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
