Position Overview
As a Mortgage Lending Advisor, you’ll play a key role in building and managing customer, mortgage broker, realtor, and other lead source relationships, while supporting the growth of the bank.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships that go beyond the transaction.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience

Deliver personalized, professional service that makes every customer feel valued

Assist customers with mortgage loan-related questions or concerns

Build trust through clear communication and attention to detail
Portfolio Management & Operations
-
Originate Portfolio Lending products along with FHA, VA, and conventional loans
-
Analyze applicant information to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet the bank’s and outside investor’s required standards

Manage loan portfolio
-
Manage construction loan projects and draw requests
-
Follow all bank policies and regulatory requirements
Sales & Relationship Growth

Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support customer goals
-
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and welcome new ones

Support branch promotions and outreach efforts
Team & Culture

Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

Support internal partners with loan-related questions

Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability every day
What You Bring
Required
-
5 years of mortgage lending sales experience
-
Must be NMLS eligible
Preferred
-
Mortgage banking experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
