Experienced Painter – Full-Time
Pay: $22–$28/hour based on experience
Job Summary:
One Vision Painting is looking for an experienced and reliable painter to join our small crew full-time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is professional, communicates well, and can complete quality work efficiently. This position includes interior and exterior painting, prep work, trim, cabinets, drywall repairs, and other residential painting-related work.
Responsibilities:
Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
Properly prep surfaces, including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and protecting work areas.
Perform quality brush and roller work.
Paint walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, and other surfaces.
Complete basic drywall repairs and other painting-related prep.
Work as part of a team while also being able to complete assigned tasks independently.
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
Help the crew with daily cleanup and care of equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Arrive on time, prepared, and presentable every day.
Spraying experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of full-time professional painting experience.
Strong brush and roller skills.
Knowledge of proper painting preparation and procedures.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Reliable and punctual.
Professional appearance and communication.
Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Able to follow directions and willing to continue learning.
Able to work well with a small team
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
